Shipping policy
We take great care on ensuring your purchases arrive safely and use a variety of courier services, New Zealand Post and NZ track and trace service.
Please ensure the delivery address and receivers name is placed on the order is accurate and complete. We do not take responsibility for any orders miss placed due to incorrect details.
Fragile and larger furniture items are sent using specialist couriers to ensure safe arrival (Price on request - as furniture sizing varies).
Oversized items, furniture or heavy items fall under the oversized freight category. This is to be organised and arranged by the buyer and this is not free. "FREE" does appear on the our website(this is a limitation with shopify and can not be changed) when selecting oversized items and furniture. Delivery or Courier is NOT FREE.
Any breakages during transport and delivery disputes are to be communicated through the courier or postal service used. We can not refund for any broken items. We pack our items well and can not take responsibility for NZ post handling errors.
Please note we are unable to deliver to P.O Box addresses.
Delivery costs vary, depending on what you have ordered and the delivery address.
Fees for your order depends on the type of product you are purchasing (in particular the size and the weight of the product)
Delivery times will vary depending on your location. We endeavour to get your order to you within 3 working days for orders received Monday to Friday (between 10-3pm), however, some remote or rural locations may take longer (please allow an additional 3 working days for rural addresses)
